- 2 pounds hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 10.25 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups colby cheese, grated

Step 1Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Step 2Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.

Step 4Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan or dish.

Step 5Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
