Ingredients
- 2 pounds Frozen hash browns
- 2 cups Chedder cheese, Grated
- 2 cups Cubed cooked ham
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Diced onions
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup Melted butter
- 1 - Chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1 can Diced green chilies
How To Make hash brown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese and corn flakes.

Step 3Pour mixture into a 3 quart glass casserole dish, spread evenly around dish.

Step 4Top with remaining cheese.

Step 5Take the crushed corn flakes and spread over the hash brown mixture.

Step 6Drizzle melted butter over corn flakes

Step 7Place in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. When finished allow to cool a little bit before serving.
