Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups Chedder cheese, Grated
  • 2 cups Cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Diced onions
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 1 - Chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 1 can Diced green chilies

How To Make hash brown casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese and corn flakes.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture into a 3 quart glass casserole dish, spread evenly around dish.
  • Step 4
    Top with remaining cheese.
  • Step 5
    Take the crushed corn flakes and spread over the hash brown mixture.
  • Step 6
    Drizzle melted butter over corn flakes
  • Step 7
    Place in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. When finished allow to cool a little bit before serving.
