Ingredients
- 1 package frozen hashbrown potatoes (32oz)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup margarine (melted)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 5 cups cornflakes
How To Make hash brown casserole

Step 1Mix the potatoes, onions, cheese, sour cream, soup and half of the margarine. Remaining margarine you will combine with the corn flakes(before crushing them). This is your topping mixture.

Step 2Put main mixture into a glass baking dish and cover with the topping mixture. Bake for 1 hour in oven at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
