This casserole will have them coming back for seconds..one of my favorite casseroles to take to potluck..everyone's always asking for the recipe..it's so cheesy good! Try to get a good ham for in this..I buy a couple smoked ham slices and cube it.. This is good for breakfast with eggs..Lunch, or dinner, as a side dish..or make a meal out of it with a salad along the side..it's so yummy! My pictures.

Ingredients For ham - n - tater casserole

1 - 30 oz( 1 pound) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed

2 can1- (10/ 34) ounce and 1- (14 3/4) ounce cans of cream of potato soup

1/2 conion, finely chopped

1 - 16 ozsour cream

2 cshredded, sharp cheddar cheese
-
1 1/2 cgrated, parmesan cheese
-
8 - 10 ozcooked ham, cubed

1 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt
How To Make ham - n - tater casserole

1Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

2In a large bowl, mix hash browns, soups, onion, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.

3Spread evenly into baking dish.

4Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and bubbly.
