- 1 small onions, small white
- 2 cups milk

- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded mild

Step 2MELT MARGERINE IN SAUCEPAN ADD ONION COOK UNTIL GOLDEN.BLEND IN FLOUR AND MILK GRADUALLY STIRRING UNTIL THINK, SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.

Step 3POUR OVER HAM AND POTATOES. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND BREAD CRUMBS. DOT WITH REMAINING MARGARINE BAKE AT 400* FOR 20 MIN.
