  • 1 1/2 cups ham (cut into bite sized cubes) cooked
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 small onions, small white
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • - salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • - pam nonstick spray
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded mild

How To Make ham and potato casserole

  • Step 1
    GREASE PAN WITH PAM OR MARGARINE.LAYER HAM AND POTATOES IN A SHALLOW 1-1/2 QUART BAKING DISH.
  • Step 2
    MELT MARGERINE IN SAUCEPAN ADD ONION COOK UNTIL GOLDEN.BLEND IN FLOUR AND MILK GRADUALLY STIRRING UNTIL THINK, SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.
  • Step 3
    POUR OVER HAM AND POTATOES. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND BREAD CRUMBS. DOT WITH REMAINING MARGARINE BAKE AT 400* FOR 20 MIN.
