ham and potato bake

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and loved it. Rich and always a hit at Brunch. hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hashbrowns (thawed) or i use the ones in the dariry section in a bag.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 or 4 cups cubed cooked ham (i use the prepackaged cubed ham)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • TOPPING
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How To Make ham and potato bake

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredents together. put in 9x13 pan and put corn flake topping on. Bake 350 for an hour to an hour 15 minutes or so. I usually start with it covered with tin foil then take it off half way through. I have made a half recipe of this and put it in a square 8x8 pan many times.
