ham and potato bake
I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and loved it. Rich and always a hit at Brunch. hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hashbrowns (thawed) or i use the ones in the dariry section in a bag.
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 or 4 cups cubed cooked ham (i use the prepackaged cubed ham)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- TOPPING
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make ham and potato bake

Step 1Mix all ingredents together. put in 9x13 pan and put corn flake topping on. Bake 350 for an hour to an hour 15 minutes or so. I usually start with it covered with tin foil then take it off half way through. I have made a half recipe of this and put it in a square 8x8 pan many times.
