  Peel and cut potatoes

  Quarter potatoes

  Add to pot of water salted with 1 TBLSP salt

  Boil for 25 minutes or until tender

  Drain potatoes and return to pot

  Mash with a potato masher
• Step 7
  Add 1/4 - 1/2 C milk
• Step 8
  Add 1/4 cup of sweet unsalted butter
• Step 9
  Mash until creamy
• Step 10
  Add 1-2 Cup of finished potatoes to a pastry bag
• Step 11
  Mound the remaining in a brain shape on a serving platter
• Step 12
  Use the pastry bag to decorate and shape your brains.
