THIS IS A SIMPLE SIDE FOR ALL THOSE BBQS. ANY FLAVA CAN B ADDED TO SLICED POTATOES TO CHANGE IT UP SUCH AS BACON N CHEDDAR CHS OR BLUE CHEESE N HOT SAUCE OR CHPD. BROCCOLI N CHEDDAR CHS....ANYTHING U CAN THINK OF ADDN TO A BAKD POTATO....DONT FORGET THE CHIVES N SOUR CREAM :)

  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopd
  • 4-5 large cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon blk pepper
  • 1/8 cup olive oil

How To Make grilled potato pockets

  • Step 1
    GATHER INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING POTATO POCKETS INCLUDING TIN FOIL.
  • Step 2
    MIX INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL.
  • Step 3
    SPOON DESIRED AMOUNT ONTO A LARGE PIECE OF TIN FOIL.
  • Step 4
    WRAP POTATO MIXTURE INTO A NEAT TIN FOIL PACKAGE...DONT FORGET TO ROLL FOIL SO OIL WONT LEAK OUT WEN TURND ON GRILL.
  • Step 5
    UNWRAP FOIL PACKAGE
