How to Make Grilled Onion & Potatos in foil packet.


  1. you will need four aluminum foil peaces to make into packages, spray with cooking spray if not using non-stick foil.
  2. cut potato's and onion into bite sized peaces. Place in center of foil, 1 pkg. for each person.
  3. Sprinkel with garlic salt, pepper, & worchestershire. Place two or three patts of butter on top and close up the packet.
  4. Grill temp should be 350 to 400 deg. Place on upper rack of grill or on sides not directly over flame. You should put potato's on grill 20 to 30 min. pryor to putting meat on to cook to ensure both things are ready at the same time. Potatos will take 45 to 60 min.
