I love sweet potatoes and this sounds really good. Not yet tested on my grill, but it will be.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    margarine (1/2 stick)
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 6
    small sweet potatoes (about 5 inches each)

How to Make Grilled Honey-Orange Sweet Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine orange juice, honey, margarine and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes or until margarine is melted.
  2. Wrap potatoes in foil. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until tender. Serve with orange juice mixture.
