Ingredients

  • 32 oz
    frozen hash browns
  • 12 oz
    green chilies, diced, drained
  • 10 3/4 oz
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How to Make Green Chili Hash Browns

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Stir hash browns, green chilies, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese and sour cream in large bowl to blend.
  3. Transfer mixture to 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
  4. Uncover and bake until top is golden brown, about 45 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
