Ingredients
- 4 1/2 pounds potatoes, large
- 2 cups cheese, mild or sharp, shredded
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream [1 large container]
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped finely
- - salt, pepper, paprika
How To Make gourmet potatoes

Step 1Boil potatoes in skins. Cool, peel and dice. Set aside.

Step 2In sauce pan, over low heat, combine cheese and butter. Stir occasionally until almost melted. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika to your own taste.

Step 3fold in potatoes and turn into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Dot with two tablespoons of butter and a little more cheese.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
