Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 4 slices bacon
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 4 medium green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make gorgonzola twice-baked potatoes with bacon

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Clean potatoes, but do not peel. Pierce with fork. Place on rack and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand until cool enough to handle.

Step 2Cook bacon over medium heat 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp.

Step 3Cut each potato lengthwise and scoop out inside. Leaving a thin shell. Mash potatoes, milk and butter until no lumps. Sir in cheese, green onions and salt and pepper. Fill potato shells with mashed mixture, place on un-greased cookie sheet. Crumble bacon onto potatoes.

Step 4Bake 20 miutes or until hot.
