Ingredients
- 6-8 - yukkon gold potatoes (don't have to peel)
- 1/4 quart heavy cream
- 1 pound european butter (paluga, land of lakes) heavy butter fat content (no margarine or vegan butter)
- 1 - small tub of gorgonzola
How To Make thanksgiving gorganzola mashed potatoes

Step 1Cut potatoes up and boil till soft, Mash them up. Put Gorgonzola cheese in potatoes. In a different small pot put in Heavy cream and butter (cut up into small pieces) until butter is melted (make sure heat is on LOW and stir a lot so it doesn’t burn). Once it’s all mixed together, slowly pour mixture into potatoes until you have the right consistency. The Gorgonzola should be all melted by then.
