- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2
- 1/2 cup butter

Step 1In a large re-sealable bag combine first 5 ingredients. Add 1/2 cup potatoes at a time; shake to coat.

Step 2In a large skillet, melt butter. Add potatoes; cook and stir over medium heat 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
