- Place the butter in an 8 inch square microwaveable baking dish and microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted.
- Stir in the orange juice and cinnamon.
- Add the potatoes, tossing to coat.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until tender, stirring and turning the dish once during the cooking.
- Garnish with oranges if desired.
