- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1/2 - 1 cups fat - free sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- dash garlic powder
- dash salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4-6 slices leftover cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
How To Make ginger's twice baked mashed potatoes

Step 1Mix the potatoes, sour cream, a handful of the cheese, seasonings, and bacon (optional) together to combine. Spread into an 8 x 8 buttered casserole, top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 about 30 min. (if ingredients are really cold when putting in oven it may take a few extra mins.)
