gen's baked sweet potatoe fries
(2 RATINGS)
My fiance loves these (he has a thing for sweet potatoes). He says one day, I want sweet potatoe fries, and so I went into the kitchen and came up with these and they are actually healthy - BONUS! I try to avoid frying when I can, it's better for my hips lol, easy and delicious... Serve as a side with burgers, chicken fingers etc.

- 3 dashes black pepper
How To Make gen's baked sweet potatoe fries
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees Peel sweet potatoes and slice into fries - You will need a really sharp knife. Combine the seasoning in a cup, mix well (if you like your fries salty, you can double the adobo seasoning).
-
Step 2In a large bowl, add oil, and sweet potatoes, toss, until coated in oil. Remove them from bowl and dump on to large cookie sheet, shake seasoning over the fries, mixing well until seasoning is all over the fries. Bake, until desired crispiness 30-45 mins; if you like them well done you can pop them under the broiler on low for a few minutes.
