Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet or idaho potatoes, peeled and quarted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

How To Make garlic rosemary mashed potatoes

  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in medium saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and reutrn potatoes to saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with salt, galic powder, rosemary and pepper. Mash with potato masher, gradually adding milk, then butter. Stir in parsley.
