Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet or idaho potatoes, peeled and quarted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
How To Make garlic rosemary mashed potatoes

Step 1Place potatoes in medium saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and reutrn potatoes to saucepan.

Step 2Sprinkle with salt, galic powder, rosemary and pepper. Mash with potato masher, gradually adding milk, then butter. Stir in parsley.
