Garlic Roasted Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese
- 2-3 lb
- red potatoes, small
- 1/4 c
- olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 clove
- garlic, minced
- 1 tsp
- sea salt
- 1/3 c
- grated parmesan cheese
- freshly grated black pepper
How to Make Garlic Roasted Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt. Cut them in quarters. Place potatoes in baking pan.
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a bowl, pour over potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese over the potatoes.
- 2Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook for 10 minutes more, or until potatoes are golden brown. Seve immediately.
