garlic roasted potatoes with parmesan cheese
This recipe was one my former Italian mother in law used years ago. Its still very good and I make it often.

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds red potatoes, small
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - freshly grated black pepper
How To Make garlic roasted potatoes with parmesan cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt. Cut them in quarters. Place potatoes in baking pan. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a bowl, pour over potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese over the potatoes.

Step 2Roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for 10 minutes more, or until potatoes are golden brown. Seve immediately.
