i create my first mashed potatoes recipe and it on the sixth of garlic parmesan creation,also it an A+ with some garlic parmesan wings.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese,divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large vidalia onion,peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup grated romano cheese
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 6 large russet potatoes,peeled and quartered
- 8 ounces cream cheese,softened
- 1 bottle garlic parmesan sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons garlic pepper
How To Make garlic parmesan mashed potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.Add 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese.

Step 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add chopped vidalia onion,saute for 5 minutes until browned.Stir in grated romano cheese and steak seasoning.Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4Place potatoes in a large saucepan;filled with water.Cover and bring to a boil.Cook for 25 minutes or until very tender;drain well.

Step 5In a large bowl,mash potatoes.Add cream cheese,garlic parmesan sauce,heavy cream,sauteed vidalia onion,eggs and garlic pepper;beat until fluffy.

Step 6Transfer into a prepared baking dish.Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until heated through.Sprinkle with remaining shredded parmesan cheese.
