- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Step 1Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water to cover until tender, 15-20 min. Drain and mash. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and mix well. Stir in cheese. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
