Easy Garlic Parmesan Fries are so tasty with fresh minced garlic, sweet cream butter, and salty fresh Parmesan cheese. Use frozen shoestring potatoes for extra crunch and ease. Serve this easy side dish with hamburgers, beer-battered fish, and chicken tenders.

Ingredients For garlic parmesan fries

  • 1 lb
    frozen shoestring potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • ½ tsp
    kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

How To Make garlic parmesan fries

    Cook the shoestring potatoes according to the package instructions until crispy.

    Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese until it is melted.

    Add the cooked fries to a large bowl. Drizzle the warm butter mixture over the top and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and chopped fresh parsley. For best results serve promptly.
