- 2 pounds red potatoes - skin on
- 1/4 cup pressed garlic
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make garlic mashed potatoes

Step 1Wash and scrub potatoes.

Step 2Cut potatoes into chunks and cover with water

Step 3Bring to a slow boil

Step 4Cook until tender but not mushy

Step 5Drain water from potatoes

Step 6Add butter, garlic, salt, cream and pepper

Step 7Whip potatoes until coarsely mashed
