Ingredients
- 8 - yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 3 cloves garlic smashed and minced
- 1/2 cup whole milk or light cream
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper (1 each)
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- - chives to sprinkle on top
How To Make garlic mashed potatoes

Step 1Boil potato pieces in rolling boil on stove top

Step 2While potatoes boil, prepare garlic by smashing it and mincing it well

Step 3Add butter to small fry pan and simmer to melt, add garlic minced ( do not burn ! )

Step 4drain potatoes

Step 5add all ingredients to potatoes back in pan

Step 6mash throughly and serve in bowl with a sprinkling of chives on top - Serve hot.
