Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of peeled red potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 - head of garlic (diced) (do not use jared garlic)
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make garlic mash potatoes

Step 1boil water in a pot large enough to fit 1 1/2 pounds of red potatoes. Peel Garlic (easy trick:take a towel and household hammer, put the garlic in the towel then hit the garlic with the hammer. it comes right out of the skin) After the garlic is peeled boil in the water for 30 minutes while garlic in boiling peel and cut your potatoes then ad to water until they are super soft after they are cooked and drained ad the rest of the ingredients to the potatoes and garlic and mix
