Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons garlic herb butter, melted and room temperature
- 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1 1/2 pounds mixed baby potatoes, washed and halved
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
How To Make garlic herb butter roasted potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking dish with foil that has been lightly greased with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 2In a small bowl, add melted garlic herb butter, pressed garlic, oil, hot paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.

Step 3In another large bowl, add prepared potatoes and pour over the garlic butter mixture; toss to coat.

Step 4Drop the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly in a single layer.

Step 5Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Carefully flip them and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown.

Step 6To make them crispy, turn the broiler on “Low” for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Step 7Before serving, sprinkle on fresh chopped parsley.
