16 ounces non-dairy sour cream
2 pounds shredded potatoes
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
TOPPING
2 cups potato chips, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted

How To Make funeral potatoes

Step 1

Combine the first six ingredients together in baking dish.

Step 2

Mix together last two ingredients (chips,butter) and spread on top.
Step 3

Bake 45 minutes at 350.
