I don't recall where I got this recipe from....but it is a favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 large frozen bag shredded hash brown potatoes (raw)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions, tops only, sliced
- 2-2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- - bread crumbs, corn flakes or potato chips
How To Make funeral potatoes

Step 1Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, then put into a 9x13 pan.

Step 2Combine your choice of topping (bread crumbs, corn flakes or potato chips) with melted butter. Top potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
