Ingredients
-
1/4 colive oil
-
1 mediumonion, minced
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 tspdried dillweed
-
1/2 tspdried rosemary
-
1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
-
6 mediumscrubbed baking potatoes, halved lengthwise
-
3-4 dash(es)olive oil to drizzle tops of potatoes
How to Make Frybakers
- Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, onion, dried dill weed, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the bottom of the baking pan. Set aside.
- Place the potatoes, cut side down, in prepared pan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
