Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 6 medium scrubbed baking potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 3-4 dashes olive oil to drizzle tops of potatoes
How To Make frybakers

Step 1Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.

Step 2In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, onion, dried dill weed, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the bottom of the baking pan. Set aside.

Step 3Place the potatoes, cut side down, in prepared pan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Step 4Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
