1/4 c
olive oil
1 medium
onion, minced
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
dried dillweed
1/2 tsp
dried rosemary
1/2 tsp
dried thyme
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
fresh ground black pepper
6 medium
scrubbed baking potatoes, halved lengthwise
3-4 dash(es)
olive oil to drizzle tops of potatoes

How to Make Frybakers


  • 1Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.
  • 2In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, onion, dried dill weed, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the bottom of the baking pan. Set aside.
  • 3Place the potatoes, cut side down, in prepared pan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  • 4Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
