How to Make Fries Seasoned with Sumac
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1/4 x 3-inch sticks. In a bowl, toss with oil and salt.
- Spread out fries, on parchment-lined baking sheets, so they are not overlapping and bake them for 25 -30 minutes.
- Remove fries from oven, carefully turn each one over and rotate sheet positions in the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes until fries are crispy and a deep golden brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle with sumac.
