- 1 1/4 pounds russet potatoes, scrubbed and skin on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sumac, or to taste
How To Make fries seasoned with sumac

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1/4 x 3-inch sticks. In a bowl, toss with oil and salt.

Step 2Spread out fries, on parchment-lined baking sheets, so they are not overlapping and bake them for 25 -30 minutes.

Step 3Remove fries from oven, carefully turn each one over and rotate sheet positions in the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes until fries are crispy and a deep golden brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle with sumac.
