5russet potatoes, sliced thin

How to Make Fried potatoes
- Start by slicing washed potatoes into thin circles. I like to leave the skin on, you could peel if you prefer. Slice the onion into thin rings, and then chop in half.
- In a large skillet, add butter and melt. Add the potatoes and onions, coating with all the butter. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook until potatoes are soft and slightly browned. Be careful not to burn, and use a spatula to turn to keep the shape of the potatoes. Enjoy!
