Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make fried potatoes

Step 1Cut potaotes in to wedges.

Step 2Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a ziploc bag. Add the potatoes to the bag and shake until completely covered.

Step 3NOTE: If your potatoes don't look like they'll fit in a single layer in your skillet, you might consider using two pans so that they crisp up nicely!

Step 4Heat oil in skillet and fry potatoes over medium heat until brown and soft in middle - about 20 minutes.
