Easy and delicious! Depending on the size of the potatoes and/or skillet, you might want to use two pans so the potatoes don't get crowded and fail to crisp up!

Ingredients For fried potatoes

  • 6 md
    potatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make fried potatoes

    Cut potaotes in to wedges.

    Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a ziploc bag. Add the potatoes to the bag and shake until completely covered.

    NOTE: If your potatoes don't look like they'll fit in a single layer in your skillet, you might consider using two pans so that they crisp up nicely!

    Heat oil in skillet and fry potatoes over medium heat until brown and soft in middle - about 20 minutes.
