Ingredients For fried potatoes

6 mdpotatoes, peeled

1/2 call purpose flour

1 Tbsppaprika

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspwhite pepper

2-3 Tbspcanola oil
How To Make fried potatoes

1Cut potaotes in to wedges.

2Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a ziploc bag. Add the potatoes to the bag and shake until completely covered.

3NOTE: If your potatoes don't look like they'll fit in a single layer in your skillet, you might consider using two pans so that they crisp up nicely!

4Heat oil in skillet and fry potatoes over medium heat until brown and soft in middle - about 20 minutes.
