Mom always made this when we had fish or just in place of potatoe's. It's quick and easy and so good. My kid's love it.

Ingredients
- 1 package bag of wide noodle's
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large container cottage cheese
- 1 stick margerine
- - salt and pepper
How To Make fried noodles and cottage cheese

Step 1Cook noodles as directed on bag. rinse and drain.

Step 2In skillet melt margerine, add onions, and noodle's. medium- high heat. Fry until they get a little crispy, turning occasionally. You can add more margerine if you like after awhile of frying.

Step 3When noodle's are to the crispness you like, mix in the whole container cottage cheese. Fry a short time longer. salt and pepper to your taste.
