How to Make Fried noodles and cottage cheese
- Cook noodles as directed on bag. rinse and drain.
- In skillet melt margerine, add onions, and noodle's. medium- high heat. Fry until they get a little crispy, turning occasionally. You can add more margerine if you like after awhile of frying.
- When noodle's are to the crispness you like, mix in the whole container cottage cheese. Fry a short time longer. salt and pepper to your taste.
