1 pkgbag of wide noodle's

1 lgonion chopped

1 lgcontainer cottage cheese

1 stickmargerine

salt and pepper
How To Make fried noodles and cottage cheese

1Cook noodles as directed on bag. rinse and drain.

2In skillet melt margerine, add onions, and noodle's. medium- high heat. Fry until they get a little crispy, turning occasionally. You can add more margerine if you like after awhile of frying.

3When noodle's are to the crispness you like, mix in the whole container cottage cheese. Fry a short time longer. salt and pepper to your taste.
