Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 small yellow onion, grated
- 1 medium potatoe, peeled and grated (any type)
- 1 1/2 cups montasio cheese, shredded
- - salt and pepper, taste
- 1 pinch garlic (optional)
How To Make homemade hash browns

Step 1Heat olive oil. Add onion and potato. Cook until they begin to brown.

Step 2Evenly spread the shredded cheese over the mix - softly blend into the mixture. Continue to cook until the frico sets up.

Step 3Flip the frico and cook on the other side until the frico sets up again. Cook until a nice golden brown.
