Fresh Herbed Roasted Potatoes
3 largerusset potatoes peeled and sliced
4 stalk(s)fresh chives
4 clovegarlic minced
3 sprig(s)fresh thyme
3 sprig(s)fresh rosemary
3 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Fresh Herbed Roasted Potatoes
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the rounds of potatoes in a single layer. Throw the garlic and fresh herbs over the top of the potatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes then flip the potatoes and bake 10 more minutes.
- Remove and discard the herbs and serve.
