How To Make french onions roasted potatoes

1Peel potatoes and cut into bite size pieces. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees. In a lightly greased baking pan, lay the potatoes and slice onions.

2Take the onion mix dissolve with water but about 1/2 less than the directions on the package.

3Add the onions, then add the melted butter to the broth that you just made and pour over the potatoes. Bake about 20-30 minutes according to the size of the potatoes.

4At times I add fresh thyme, rosemary, parsley and crushed red pepper. It does add a kick of fresh herbs which inspires my spirit... Try it...you may fly!!
