My Mother Inlaw introduced me to this dish one of the first times I met her... it has since become a staple for family functions with my side of the family. My husband hates mushrooms but even he likes this dish. You can use low fat mushroom soup and sour cream.. and margarine instead of butter.. it still taste great.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 500ml milliliters sour cream
- 2 cans campells mushroom soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make fatty potatoes

Step 1Mix melted butter, soup (do not add water) and sour cream in a 9x13 cassarole dish

Step 2Add hash browns and 1 3/4 grated cheese. (I use marble cheese) Mix together

Step 3Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
