How to Make Easy Scalloped Potatoes

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2Mix milk, water, salt, pepper and soup in a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes.

Then whisk again making sure is smooth.

    Add chopped onion
  • 3Peel and slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick (slice evenly so they bake evenly).

Mix the sauce with the potatoes and pour into a greased 2 or 3 quart baking dish.

Bake for about an hour or until potatoes easily break apart with a fork.

Add cheese if you prefer. I usually do if I have it on hand.
