How to Make EASY MASHED POTATOES
- Slice potatoes in 1/4-inch slices. Do not peel!
- Cook in a large covered saucepan in salted water.
- Cook until fork tender.
- Drain in a colander.
- Immediately place them back in pan over medium heat.
- Mash with a potato masher.
- Add butter and sour cream.
- Season as desired with salt and pepper.
