My daughter's best friend (who is like a 2nd daughter to me) absolutely loves these! If we make them when she can't be there, I have to promise to make a dish just for her so she can have them later.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 - red potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • - olive oil
  • - parsley flakes
  • - oregano, dried
  • - garlic powder (or adobo brand seasoning)
  • - basil, dried
  • - red pepper flakes (optional)

How To Make easy grilled potatoes

  • Step 1
    This is really a versatile recipe. You can use any combination of spices/herbs you prefer. I have also used different varieties of Mrs. Dash as well. The red pepper flakes can be used for more "zing".
  • Step 2
    Wash potatoes, and cut into bite-sized chunks.
  • Step 3
    Place in a small disposable foil roasting pan.
  • Step 4
    Drizzle with olive oil and stir until well coated.
  • Step 5
    Add the seasonings (or your seasonings of choice.) Mix so potatoes are well coated.
  • Step 6
    Place foil pan on hot bbq grill, but try to put the pan off center of the hot coals for a more indirect heat.
  • Step 7
    Turn the pan occasionally & stir the potatoes for more even heating.
  • Step 8
    Remove from grill when potatoes are fork tender and golden brown & crispy.
