My daughter's best friend (who is like a 2nd daughter to me) absolutely loves these! If we make them when she can't be there, I have to promise to make a dish just for her so she can have them later.

Ingredients
- 8-10 - red potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
- - olive oil
- - parsley flakes
- - oregano, dried
- - garlic powder (or adobo brand seasoning)
- - basil, dried
- - red pepper flakes (optional)
How To Make easy grilled potatoes

Step 1This is really a versatile recipe. You can use any combination of spices/herbs you prefer. I have also used different varieties of Mrs. Dash as well. The red pepper flakes can be used for more "zing".

Step 2Wash potatoes, and cut into bite-sized chunks.

Step 3Place in a small disposable foil roasting pan.

Step 4Drizzle with olive oil and stir until well coated.

Step 5Add the seasonings (or your seasonings of choice.) Mix so potatoes are well coated.

Step 6Place foil pan on hot bbq grill, but try to put the pan off center of the hot coals for a more indirect heat.

Step 7Turn the pan occasionally & stir the potatoes for more even heating.

Step 8Remove from grill when potatoes are fork tender and golden brown & crispy.
