Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup
1 pkg1 30 oz bag of frozen o'brien cut potatoes (or can use frozen shredded hash browns)
3 can(s)14 oz cans chicken broth
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1/2 cchopped onion
1/4 tspground pepper seasoning
1 pkgcream cheese (do not use fat free - it won't melt!!)
How to Make Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup
- Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.
- About 1 hour before serving, add the cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.
- Serve with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream dollops, whatever sounds good on top!!
