easy crock pot potato soup

Easy soup recipe that takes just a few ingredients and tastes so good!! I have also used diced potatoes when I didn't have the frozen ones on hand, but they did get a little mushy. Still tasted great!!

Ingredients
- 1 package 1 30 oz bag of frozen o'brien cut potatoes (or can use frozen shredded hash browns)
- 3 cans 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper seasoning
- 1 package cream cheese (do not use fat free - it won't melt!!)
How To Make easy crock pot potato soup

Step 1Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.

Step 2About 1 hour before serving, add the cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.

Step 3Serve with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream dollops, whatever sounds good on top!!
