- 2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package 24 oz frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
How To Make easy cheesy salsa potatoes

Step 1Heat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 in baking dish. Combine all ingredients, adding the potatoes last. Mix well. Spread in pan.
