How to Make Easy Cheesy Potatoes
- Thaw hashbrowns before baking. Saute chopped onion.
- Mix together sour cream, soup, Velveeta, onion, and hashbrowns. Grease or spray 9" X 13" baking dish, and spread mixture in dish.
- Melt butter and add bread crumbs to desired consistency. Sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
