Ingredients
- 1 pint half and half
- 2/3 pound velveeta
- 1 package (8 oz.) cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 32 ounces pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (i like to use shredded)
How To Make easy au gratin potatoes

Step 1Combine half and half, cheeses and butter. Heat in microwave until melted on HIGH stirring after each minute. Put hash browns (I like to use shredded) in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted cheese mixture over potatoes and let stand 1/2 hour.

Step 2Cover pan with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
