These extremely easy and tasty potatoes are from my Mom's kitchen. Grew up with them on the table at least once a week. Hope you try them and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easiest scalloped potatoes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Spray a casserole dish or an 8x8 glass baking dish with Pam.
  • Step 3
    Peel and slice potatoes. Place potatoes in casserole dish.
  • Step 4
    Cut the 1/2 stick of butter into 'pats' and place on top of potato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
    Mix soup with milk. Pour over potatoes and butter.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 350 until potatoes are fork tender. Approximately 1 hour *depending on how thick your potato slices are.
