These extremely easy and tasty potatoes are from my Mom's kitchen. Grew up with them on the table at least once a week. Hope you try them and enjoy!

Ingredients For easiest scalloped potatoes

2 to 3 mdpotatoes

1 cancream of celery soup

1/2 canmilk
-
1/2 stickbutter

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easiest scalloped potatoes

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray a casserole dish or an 8x8 glass baking dish with Pam.

3Peel and slice potatoes. Place potatoes in casserole dish.

4Cut the 1/2 stick of butter into 'pats' and place on top of potato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Mix soup with milk. Pour over potatoes and butter.

6Bake at 350 until potatoes are fork tender. Approximately 1 hour *depending on how thick your potato slices are.
