How to Make ~ Dutch Potatoes ~
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
Peel potatoes and with an apple corer, remove centers of potato. Pull a wiener through each potato.
Place bacon drippings in a baking dish, big enough to hold them. Arrange the potatoes in the dish. Add milk and bake until tender. Season with butter, salt & pepper.
