Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - potato
- - parsley, fresh minced
- - butter
How To Make dutch pot pie

Step 1Beat eggs, add milk, cream, soda, salt and melted butter.

Step 2Mix well.

Step 3Gradually add flour until dough is stiff enough to roll.

Step 4(May require up to 4 cups).

Step 5Roll on floured board and line a cooking kettle with the dough.

Step 6Place a large piece of butter in bottom of kettle and add peeled and quartered potatoes alternately with small pieces of the dough.

Step 7The top layer should be potatoes.

Step 8Sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced parsley.

Step 9Dot with butter.

Step 10Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups water.

Step 11Bake at 350 about 3 hours.
