While at work with my co-worker who is from India..was asked to try these potatoes. I am not one who likes to try unfamiliar foods. However I tried these potatoes and now I cannot get enough of them...they are a bit spicy but delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chick pea flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch - salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (dried can be used)
- 2 - green chili's - chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 - 4 - russet potatoes
How To Make dixita potatoes

Step 1Mix all ingredients EXCEPT for the water and Potatoes

Step 2Peel Potatoes and slice - THICK

Step 3Add a little water at a time to the ingredient mixture in step 1...add more water until nice and thick but smooth like a batter. Dip potatoes into batter and fry until golden brown
