My two sons, Joseph and Joshua, named this recipe "Dirty Potatoes" because the potatoes actually look dirty.

4-5 - baking potatoes
1 package dried onion soup mix
- olive oil

How To Make dirty potatoes

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425.

Step 2

Scrub or peel potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces. Place in bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix, stir to coat.
Step 3

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Put potatoes on sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fork tender.
